No! LottoGopher doesn't take any portion of your winnings. 100% of the winnings are passed on to the owner of the ticket. If you choose to play in a Group, winnings are split between all members of the group in proportion to the number of tickets playing in that group. For example, if you have pooled 1 ticket in a Group with 10 players, you get 10% of the winnings from any of the 10 tickets pooled in that Group.
We do not charge more than the cost of the ticket at a store. We do not take any potion of your winnings. Our revenue model is based exclusively on your monthly or annual Membership plan. That is how we're able to provide all of the features and services available on LottoGopher.
Winnings less than $600 USD are credited to your LottoGopher account within 24 hours. At that point you can elect to cash in by having a check sent to you or your winning balance credited to the credit card you used. Winnings over $600 require a pay out from a regional State Lottery office and must be collected in person by our representative on your behalf. You may also opt to have any ticket exceeding $600 to be handed over to you personally to collect. If you request that we handle this for you, please allow up to five business days before we send you a check in your name for these winnings. To request payment from your winnings balance, visit the "Manage Billing" link in your user account. A check will be mailed to you within 48 hours. If you win the jackpot, arrangements will be made to immediately transfer your ticket directly to you- our representatives will meet with you in person within 24 hours to securely transfer your ticket into your possession.
The only acceptable payment option for ordering through our site is by using a credit or debit card. We do not accept pre-paid cards, cash, checks, or Paypal. This way, each and every transaction is identified, traceable and cannot be misused. We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card.
Yes. You can manually select your numbers or you can use our "Quick Pick" feature to get randomly-selected numbers. Once you have selected your numbers in the ordering process, they cannot be changed. All of your ticket orders can be viewed in the My Tickets link on your profile page. You will see separate tabs for Active Tickets, Past Tickets and Winning Tickets- simply click on what you wish to view, click the bar listing the ticket type, and all of your numbers and play dates will be shown. We do not provide images of the tickets due to the volume of tickets we must proces- it is simply not cost effective.
All tickets are purchased with the lump sum option. If your group wins, your group will share the present cash value of the announced jackpot. This is determined by each Lottery individually.
These plans allow you to pick your numbers and play in every drawing for the next 4 weeks in the lottery game of your choice. Your credit card is automatically debited every four weeks during the term of your subscription and you can cancel at any time. Simple select the Set of 8 option when choosing your ticket plan, then the Make This Recurring button.
All orders must be placed by 4pm the day of the drawing. Your tickets will begin playing in the next drawing, up to 4 hours prior to the draw. If your order is placed with less than 4 hours before the next drawing, your tickets will begin playing in the following drawing. When you place your ticket order, you will see a RED date listing, telling you what drawing your ticket is for. Be sure to red this carefully if ordering near the 4pm cut of time on the day of the drawing.
To play in one of our groups, you can view the list at the Play in Groups link at the top of the page, then click the button next to the group you wish to join (Join This Group). This will take you to the My Tickets link within your profile page. Click to open the bar with the tickets you wish to pool, then change the pull-down menu from Solo to whichever group you want to play in. You can do this for any tickets you have!
You can pool your tickets into a Group up to 4 hours prior to the draw. The cutoff time to join a Group or switch tickets to a different Group is up to 4 hours prior to the drawing.
